No, we are a private pay provider. We are considered “out of network” with insurance companies. The beauty of this model is we do not need to wait on prior authorizations to start therapy and our treatment is not dictated by insurance limitations.

We are happy to provide a superbill so that you can submit to your insurance company on your own, but we do not guarantee payment. We suggest contacting your insurance company directly to determine if they provide coverage for out-of-network evaluations and treatment for physical therapy services.

Initial Evaluations are 60 minutes and $250

Follow up treatment sessions are $150 for 45 minutes

No, in the state of Texas a physical therapist can evaluate and initiate treatment for a couple weeks without a referral. If we need one after that, we will reach out to your provider. However, if you are planning to submit to insurance, we would recommend you get one. This doesn’t guarantee reimbursement, but sometimes helps.
